Kensington Health Clinic can offer interest-free credit for extensive treatment. Alternatively, other financial arrangements, such as flexible payment plan can be discussed in confident and with consideration for the patients budget during consultation.

Flexible Ways To Pay

We work closely with our patients to create payment plans that suit their needs, and your Treatment Coordinator will be able to discuss the options with you, for example:

Option 1
Pay in full at the start of your treatment and receive a credit of 5% into your loyalty scheme.

Option 2
Pay a minimum deposit of 30% via Flexible Payment Plan, then spread the remainder between 3 to 6 months via direct debit*.

Option 3
We can offer finance through an external credit provider at a fee of 0% interest (a credit check will be conducted).

We accept all major credit and debit cards:
Debit and credit card payments are processed free of charge, but for American Express payments there is a 2% charge.

*Implants carry minimum 45% deposit.

Deposit Policy

Kensington Health Clinic will request a deposit for all pre-booked appointments.

By contacting Kensington Health Clinic, you can change your appointment at no cost, if more than two working day before your appointment. You can cancel your appointment if more than two working days of your appointment and receive a full refund. If your cancellation within two working days, or you do not attend your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.

Lateness
Try to arrive a few minutes before your appointment.

A specific time has been set aside for you to see the practitioner.

If you are late your treatment time will be cut short so that the next person can be seen on time.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment it may be that we are unable to see you at all on that day and your deposit will be forfeit.

Cancellations

Consultation fees are fully refundable should be you change or cancel your appointment, as long as a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given prior to the appointment date.
